The LT8349's single output drives two internal N-Channel power MOSFET stages 180° out-of-phase allowing more compact solution and phase shedding for higher light load efficiency at high fsw (>95% @ 4MHz) which reduces input and output capacitor requirements, enabling low power dissipation, small solution size and easy thermal management.
